1. Services

Abaci Dental Solutions, provides online courses, training programs, consulting, and other educational resources designed to help individuals and organizations in the dental field. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration and Account

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

All fees for courses and services must be paid in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional or payment plans. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider, and we accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment and request a refund, you must submit a written request to info@abacidental.com or mail your request to Attn: Abaci Dental Solutions 17520 Dartown Rd #520, Westfield IN 46074 before the first day of the course. Refund requests made after the course has started will not be honored.

• Refund Amount: If your request is received and approved before the course start date, you will be eligible for a refund of the course fee minus a $150 service fee.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the $150 service fee is non-refundable and covers administrative and processing costs.

5. Course Access and Content

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials on the start date. All course content, including videos, written materials, and resources, is for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to update or change course content to ensure it remains current and valuable. Your access to the course materials is provided for the duration specified in the course description.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including course materials, logos, text, graphics, and videos, is the property of Abaci Health LLC, doing business as Abaci Dental Solutions, or our content providers, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Abaci Dental Solutions, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services, including but not limited to, errors, delays, or interruptions in service. By using our services, you agree that our liability, if any, will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the course or service.
